Hyogo Prefecture Government has a plan to make a multipurpose facility to apply for disasters. This park is a nucleus facility which covers all areas of Hyogo-ken. It works as a central base for rescuing the people in areas destroyed by disasters such as earthquakes, floods and typhoons. |
