Misaka Shrine

After the battle Misaka Shrine was removed here in 1608. Miki has eight shrine of the same name, Misaka. The colorful sculptures of a white tiger and a blue dragon are famous to the people. They do some ritual ceremonies for the god on February 11. In the spring festival they carry two portable shrines and present Shishi-mai (a lion dance) and Urayasu-no-mai (a kind of dance for the god by young girls).
